📝 Context

🏢 Client / Industry: B2B SaaS company / sales team

Before this project: Sales representatives managed all opportunities in Zoho CRM. Before every discovery or follow-up call, they manually reviewed lead details, previous interactions, and CRM notes to understand the customer's current stage in the sales pipeline and decide how to start the conversation. This repetitive preparation consumed valuable selling time.

🎯 Main Goal: Build an AI sales assistant that analyzes lead information stored in Zoho CRM and instantly generates personalized next-step recommendations and a call script.

⚠️ Problem

• Sales representatives spent 5–10 minutes reviewing CRM records before every customer call
• Time spent preparing for calls reduced the number of customer conversations the sales team could complete each day
• Customer conversations often lacked personalization

💡 Solution

I built an AI-powered assistant that:

• Accepts a Lead ID from sales representatives via Telegram bot
• Retrieves lead information from Zoho CRM through its API
• Uses an LLM to analyze the lead profile, previous notes, and available customer information
• Generates a personalized sales call script tailored to the specific lead
• Delivers the generated script back to the sales manager in Telegram within seconds
